And though I think Perception suffered a bit from sophomore slumpage, I have to say, it was nice being back in her world. I couldn't wait to get back into Clare's world. I loved Clare's voice and Harrington's breezy, engaging storytelling. I read Clarity last year for HH, and was pleasantly surprised to find that all of the people that pushed it on me were right. Perception was one of my eagerly-awaited books of 2012. Because the messages are becoming sinister, and a girl in town has suddenly disappeared. ![]() Clare needs to solve this mystery, and soon.
